Michael graduated as a veterinary nurse from Athlone Institute of Technology in 2007. He is interested in all aspects of medicine but has a special interest in exotics and surgical nursing.
Michael is a member of the Oiled Wildlife Response Network and has a passion for helping wildlife and conservation. In his spare time he enjoys traveling hiking and surfing. He is owned by two terriers, a cat, and an elderly Amazon parrot named Lola.
